General

Safegamingsystem.com™ (the "Site") is a wholly owned service of Safe Gaming System™ (SGS, or the "Company"). Access to the Site and the purchase of products ("Products) and services ("Services") available through this Web site are subject to the following terms and conditions. No further reproduction or distribution of the Products is permitted.

By using Safegamingsystem.com, the users ("Registrants", "Users" or "Buyers") agree to these terms and conditions. The Company may amend these User/Buyer Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amendments on this Web site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. This agreement was last amended on June 28, 2004.

Information Services

The purpose of the Site is to allow Users to browse, obtain information, register for the SGS service, and purchase specific Products and Services related to the Safe Gaming System. The Company provides only information about Services advertised on the Site. The User agrees that the Company will not be held liable for any circumstance surrounding or resulting from any Service advertised on the Site. In addition, no Product or Service information contained on the Site can be reproduced without the written consent of the Company.

Privacy and Security

Shipping

Products that are shipped directly to the Buyer are shipped in the amount of time specified on the Site for each Product. The Buyer incurs all shipping costs for products purchased on the Site. All shipping costs are displayed on the payment screen and added to the purchase price of each Product. By completing each purchase, the Buyer agrees to all shipping charges for that transaction.

For orders of multiple items with different availability, the Company will "Ship as ordered items become available." This means that each Product you order will be shipped as it becomes available. We will make every attempt to not make any more shipments than necessary to help you save on shipping costs. Any out-of-stock items in your order will automatically be shipped separately.

Sales Tax

State sales tax will be charges to orders from Buyers living in the state of Nevada. In addition, local sales tax will be charged to orders from customers living in Clark County, Nevada. The current rate(s) of sales tax will apply. The Company reserves the right to charge state and/or local sales tax in other states in the future. Notice of any change related to sales tax will be given in these Terms and Conditions.

Invoices

We do not accept purchase orders from individual customers. All payments are made in real-time online. We will accept purchase orders from corporate customers. To order using this method, please send an e-mail including your company name, a contact name and contact phone number to webmaster@safegamingsystem.com and tell us what you would like to order. We will contact you via telephone and process the order.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Because the Products on the Site may be shipped from various locations throughout North America, there will be instructions for returns inside each package shipped. Simply return the item to the address given for a full refund of the purchase price. All charges for returns are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

No Warranty

THIS WEB SITE AND ITS ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY SAFE GAMING SYSTEM, AND ITS SUPPLIERS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. THE SAFE GAMING SYSTEM RELIES UPON THE ACCURACY OF USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION IN CERTAIN CALCULATIONS OF AFFORDABLE GAMBLING LOSSES AND OTHER PARAMETERS USED IN ITS SYSTEM OPERATION. THE USERS OF THE SAFE GAMING SYSTEM SERVICES ARE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF DATA THEY PROVIDE TO SAFE GAMING SYSTEM. BY USING THE SERVICES, AND PROVIDING INFORMATION, THE USERS AGREE THAT THE SAFE GAMING SYSTEM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INACCURACIES AND ANY ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES TO USERS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Agreement to Abide by Gambling Expenditure and Time Limits

THE SAFE GAMING SYSTEM REGISTRATION PROCESS MUTUALLY ESTABLISHES AFFORDABLE GAMBLING EXPENDITURE LIMITATIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON TIME SPENT GAMBLING WITH THE USERS OR REGISTRANTS. USERS AGREE THAT THESE LIMITATIONS OR "BUDGET" CONSTRAINTS ARE ESTABLISHED FOR THEIR OWN PROTECTION TO AVOID GAMBLING PROBLEMS. USERS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE MUTUALLY ESTABLISHED LIMITATIONS IN THEIR GAMBLING ACTIVITIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR THE SAFE GAMIING SYSTEM SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Safegamingsystem.com™ is a trademark of the Safe Gaming System (Company). Safe Gaming System™ is also a service mark of the Company. The Company reserves all rights. All other marks that appear throughout the Site belong to the Company or their respective owners, and are protected by U.S. and international patent, copyright, and trademark laws. Any use of any of the marks appearing throughout the Services without the express written consent of the Safe Gaming System or the owner of the mark, as appropriate, is strictly prohibited.

Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement

The Company will respond appropriately to claims of intellectual property infringement, and will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement, and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon receipt of notices substantially complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Company will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material for which reasonable evidence is presented so as to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity.
