What is the login procedure and when do I use it?  The login procedure is a combination of your e-mail address (as a user identification) and a personal password that you select.  The password is known only by you and SGS. It is used to access your private account information, such as the record of your questionnaire results and other personal information.

Once you have registered, and are logged in, you can get an up-to-date record of your account information by clicking on "My Account" or by using the menu presented after you log in.  Your user identification (email address) and password are always required to log in to access your account records.

What if I forget my password?  If you forget your password, the login procedure provides a secure means to retrieve and send your password to you by email. You will be asked to answer a challenge question for security purposes. Just go to a login screen and follow the procedure there.
